GAME 1 GOES TO THE SAN ANTONIO SPURS

This game did not disappoint, What an intro to the Western Conference Finals series.
This game went to the wire, and I was all in, glued to the TV. Oklahoma City Thunder played great and was very competitive, they came out like the defending champions, but the San Antonio Spurs refuse to go away. Just when Oklahoma City Thunder would seem to be pulling away San Antonio would will themselves to stay in the mix.
This game went into a double overtime, Shai Gilgeous Alexander with Oklahoma City Thunder the current MVP winner had a great game with 24 points and 12 assists, but Alex Caruso is who took the game by storm for the Thunder. Caruso showed up when it counted the most, he had 31 points.
San Antonio Spurs big man Victor Wembanyama who somehow managed a long highway length 3-point shot that saved the game for them in the first overtime racked an unbelievable 41 points. In the second overtime he just took over, and it was no looking back for the Spurs.
Interesting enough if you talk to people, they see the Spurs as the clear winner in the West, while me on the flip side see something different. I see that this series will give us what we crave a great competitive series, I know that Shai from OKC will come back in the second game with determination and a fighting edge. Remember OKC has a complete team, and their offense can't really be minimized or picked apart.
Needless to say, the Western Conference teams have proven why they are ranked at the top.
