THE ORLANDO MAGIC BIG LOSS TO THE DETROIT PISTONS IN GAME 7
The Magic is gone!!
The Detroit Pistons won Game 7 against Orlando Magic sending them out of the playoffs last night. This game wasn't a big surprise to me for a couple of reasons: One being that Detroit was playing at home in which they have a great home record, and they have their fans and the environment. Two I saw how Orlando played in the big moment the last game in having an opportunity to close out in game 6 and yet they had a choking spell.
Last night Orlando Magic made some of the similar mistakes of Game 6. Paolo Banchero with Orlando was really the one who stepped up, he needed some increased assistance. They're shot selections weren't effective and seemed desperate at times. A question, where was Desmond Bane, he needed to have stepped up. While Paolo is a great player if in the off season you don't advocate for more offensive help, Orlando will find themselves stagnate. How do you address having a series 3-1 over your opponent and losing? Sad to say Coach Jamahl Mosley may be the one to get the ax on this one. (Welp apparently, he already got the ax)
In the meantime, Detroit Pistons have moved on to the next round with Cade Cunningham at the helm. Tobias Harris has stepped up, and he too is someone that is going to cause havoc. Tobias in game 7 had 30 points and 9 rebounds shooting 5-7 at the three-point line.
