The New York Knicks have swept Philadelphia 76ers in game 4.
New York came out with vicious intent against Philadelphia 76ers. It was like a carousel of shooters around the arc. The three points came from every direction from different shooters. They managed to tie the record of 3-point shots made. The award for today, which would be hard to hand out because everyone played well, would go to Mikal Bridges and Miles (Deuce) McBride they both have stepped up bringing the energy in the place of team member OG Anunoby while he is recovering from his injury.
Philadelphia 76ers, I don't know if they got dizzy with New York Knicks offense, but they didn't have a defensive stance on the perimeter giving up too much space between the shooters. Philadelphia seemed like they dared New York to shoot, in hopes that they would eventually start missing. Well.....it never really happened.
In all things considered Joel Embiid had a good game with 24 points but Tyrese Maxey on the other hand wasn't able to get in a shooting rhythm, he struggled during the game. Knowing Tyrese Maxey explosive game, you have to wonder was he dealing with an injury of some kind.
Moving on, the season is over for Philadelphia 76ers and they have left the building. The New York Knicks swept them up in a 4-0 series with the score 144-114.
The Knicks will now have to wait to see who they will have to face next Cleveland Cavaliers or Detroit Pistons. Both of these teams could be a potential threat.
