This hurts me to the core, the fast-paced triple double king has decided to retire and get off the merry go round of teams. His resume can't be duplicated nor lied on. Russ gave us not just the stats but entertainment. His jumper his three-point shot and the uncontrollable race towards the basket was something that will be missed in the game. He exuded so much passion for the game and gave his all to any team. Never one to complain nor sit out unnecessarily, but one who his teammates defended and rallied with in the trenches. Russ style was sometimes in question including his attire, but his heart of the game will be stamped in the NBA history books forever. Even this season his stats were something to be admired to any rookie, coach, player or fan. To Me One of the Best Top Tier Basketball players of Our Time. A Salute to You Mr. Westbrook Enjoy your Retirement!!
